Summer workouts Start July 16th @ 4PM

We all hope that our athletes have had a relaxing and productive break from football and school but it is time to get back to work!

Summer workouts will be starting next Monday July 16th and run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be no workout on August 6th due to the BC day holiday. Please refer to the Football Calendar for reference

We will be focusing on speed, power, conditioning, skill improvement and our offensive philosophies. This is for both Varsity and Junior Varsity players and we expect attendance.

Please ensure participants bring cleats, runners and water.
